2xVCA Exploration of Audio Rates Amplitude Modulation
Want to spice up your ordinary analog VCOs?
In my previous VCA Tips and Tricks video I showed you how to do audio rate modulation using a VCA. It's basically a tremolo, only the control signal is another audio signal.
The result ends up sounding similar to ring mod or FM.
Today I'll show you exactly how to patch it up. And explore the cornucopia of interesting AM sounds using various input and control signals possible using a VCA.
Check my Reverb store for 2xVCA version 3 availability

Transistor-82 Lo-Fi Oscillator FM Demo #2
I was contacted by Frederic on Reverb about my Transistor-82 analog percussion module.
He was wondering about the range of the oscillator pitch CV input.
And what it sounds like with oscillator FM.
Be warned, there are some pretty rough sounds ahead.
Audio recorded direct to Tascam DR-05, no added effects.

Oberheim Matrix-12 Programming Tips + Tricks [FM]
FM Synthesis is not just for DX7 and Yamaha synths. The Oberheim Matrix-12 can do primitive FM as well, albeit a single carrier and modulator pair. Here are some tips and tricks for exploring the FM possibilities. Some of the ideas come from my Getting Started Programming FM video, so you may want to check that out too.
