Repairing a Siel DK 80 Synthesizer Weird Power Issue
Today I've got a Siel DK80 with an issue. Both 7-segment displays are very dim, and also the front panel LEDs are faint. Seems like a power supply problem. What I noticed is when I depress the power button fully to turn it off, the display and leds come back to full brightness. Seems that the power switch might be going out. Let's teardown the synth and replace the switch to see if it fixes the issue.
I make cool Eurorack modules available in my Reverb Store
